Wednesday Nights - June 18th to July 23rd, 6pm to 9:30pm - Forged Knife Making Class
This Knife Making Class is perfect for Beginners. Ideally, it is best to have participated in one of our previous knife-making classes. Students leave this class with a great foundation and confidence to go home and begin making their own Knives. You will learn basic forging skills, and basic knife design, gain an understanding of and perform a basic heat treatment process, and learn to grind, sharpen, and apply a wood scale handle.
Also, please note, that a signed liability waiver will be required to take this class. Waivers will be distributed and signed at the beginning of class. A copy for preliminary review is located under the FAQ section of this webpage.
Each class begins with a meal and conversation from around 6pm to 6:45pm. Then from around 6:45 pm to 9:30 pm, we will spend time forging knives!
Lastly, if you are not a Veteran, Law Enforcement, or First Responder, do not sign up for this class.
