Tuesday Nights, February 24th to March 10th, 2026 (6pm to 9:30pm) – SIMPLE KNIFE & SHEATH
This class is perfect for beginners with no experience or for someone who has been dabbling in making knives. This class will be held at our new Daphne location at 25421 Hwy 181, Daphne, AL 36256. The $40 includes dinner each night and for each person to make their own blade.
The focus of this class is on the basic Heat Treatment process for high-carbon steel, grinding, sharpening, and applying wood scales to the knife handle. Everybody leaves with a fully heat-treated and sharp blade! On the last night we will also be making leather sheaths to go with the blade.
Also, please note, that a signed liability waiver will be required to take this class. Waivers will be distributed and signed on the first night of class. A copy for preliminary review is located under the FAQ section of this webpage.
