· Material Selection – Choosing the right steel and stock size for hammer making.
· Punching & Drifting – Forming the hammer eye for a secure handle fit.
· Forging the Hammer Head – Drawing out faces, shaping peens, and balancing the tool.
· Heat Treating & Tempering – Hardening for durability and tempering for resilience.
· Grinding & Finishing – Cleaning up, profiling, and polishing the hammer head.
